Customer Service Representative*

Our Business Unit Lighting and Imaging offers challenging lighting and image transmission solutions for applications in the markets of automotive, aviation, medical devices, as well as industrial and safety engineering. With production units in Europe, North-America and the worldwide SCHOTT sales organization Lighting and Imaging is a leading supplier for fiber optic components.

Your Tasks

  • Work closely with BU/sales team to implement orders in SAP system.
  • Managing incoming calls and identifying customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Call on customer, get voice of customer, capture forecast and monitor on actual demand.
  • Monitor sales order status and ensure order fulfillment timely and accurately. Participating in the effort in order data management to contribute to a transparent supply chain information network
  • Handling customer complaints, including answering inquiries from customers and liaising with relevant internal parties for solutions.
  • Timely place purchase order to vendor, follow up supply and invoice. Trouble shooting during purchasing and shipment (import and export).
  • Improve on-time delivery by effectively coordinating with customer and plant
  • Coordinate with other share service team on CS team behalf.
  • Any Other duties assigned by the team.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree, have working experience (min 3 years) in customer service, or logistics related function is preferred.
  • Good knowledge in order to cash process. Knowledge in reputable SAP is preferred
  • Positive working attitude, proactive, highly self motivated, and Independent.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese.
  • Able to work under stress, strong customer service orientation.
  • Good skill of Microsoft Office tool, advanced (Champion) Excel Knowledge.
