Your Tasks

  • Office and public area management: Ensure a lean, efficiency and comfortable working environment. Perform routine supervisions of office and pub-lic areas, such as main entrance of plant, factory wall, parking area, factory greenery, bulletin area, canteen, restroom, etc., also well monitor the use of related facilities and equipment in above area
  • Plant routine administrative work: 1. Car Management o According to company policy, well perform employee car using arrangement. o Leasing car management, including tracking the car status, monitor gas consumption, etc. o Private car using management, including inspecting the vehicle insurance, conditions, mileage to ensure the safety use during biz trip. o Parking management for all parking area, including the information update, monthly monitor parking lots utilization. 2. Parking & Entrance Permit o Issue and track the parking permit. o Issue and track employee access card and/or visitor pass for staff/vendor/contractor. 3. Canteen VIP room booking management. 4. PPE Management, including purchasing requisition, material requisition approval, inventory manage-ment, etc. 5. Monthly express fee calculation and allocation. 6. Business card application and related expense calculation and allocation
  • Supplier management: 1. Support to manage the vendors to guarantee the security, service quality and the best price. 2. Support to do monthly expense calculation and allocation. 3. Work as the member of employee committee, to do safety inspection and monitoring of canteen routine operation
  • Prepare and go through payment procedure for office administration related payment
  • Be responsible for office administration related SAP and R2O application. Including ordering office station-ary, cleaning supplies, cool products, first aid medicines, etc.
  • Support Union on distributing employee welfare, organizing union activities, or other employee events
  • Other tasks assigned by superior

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree, major in administration management/Human Resources/language and related
  • 2-5 years administration related working experience in MNC
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good at Office software, like EXCEL, WORD; familiar with SAP, OA system is plus
  • Good oral and written English
  • Strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented
  • Proactive and target oriented
  • Good time management, can work under pressure
  • Project management experience is plus
