To strengthen our Finance Department, we are looking for a Senior Financial Controller* for our global Controlling Team. Do you have experience in the field of international (plant) controlling? Your Contribution

• Interact and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different departments of our headquarter
• Create tools and insights to empower leaders to make sound financial decisions and business case assessments
• Prepare reports for management and advisory bodies for monthly and quarterly performance reviews (including planning and forecasting)
• Drive the digitalization of finance processes, as well as the consolidation of systems and harmonization of master data
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis of financial data and prepare information for management and supervisory bodies
• Work closely with other controlling and finance departments of SCHOTT Pharma, as well as SCHOTT Group

Your Profile

• You successfully completed a university degree in economics or business administration with a main focus on Controlling, Accounting, or Taxes
• You gained a minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling in an international B2B company
• You enjoy employing your fast, analytical, and proactive mindset with an eye for detail
• You successfully utilize your creative thinking skills, structured way of working, and quick comprehension
• You have both content and people skills to advocate for and drive change
• You bring attention to detail, time management, and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines
• Your fluency in English and German (written and spoken) completes your profile
