We're seeking a Supply Planner to manage material planning, supplier relationships, and procurement activities, ensuring seamless production and inventory flow. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and bring strong analytical and communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Contribution

• Plan and manage material orders to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Manage supplier relationships and actively mitigate supply risks
• Collaborate with internal and external (supplier) teams to resolve material and inventory issues
• Support quality processes and handle complaints and claims with suppliers
• Source materials, manage purchase orders and support operational purchasing as required
• Maintain accurate supplier and material data in the ERP system
• Update process documentation and ensure QA compliance

Your Profile

• Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, ideally with a focus on Supply Planning and/or Procurement
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with NetSuite experience highly regarded
• Background in manufacturing, preferably within a regulated or GMP-compliant environment
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Solid data analysis skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
