Your Contribution

• Planning  Prepares the technology roadmap for the plant. Plans and coordinates, in corporation with the SBFs, with product management, sales, production and controlling, development goals based on the technology roadmap.
• Development  Manages and supervises the development of production processes and procedures for new applications and products incl. agreed control methods.
• Application  Serves as point of contact for rendering technical scientific advice and training to customers and Sales Offices for technical questions referring to products, product development or applications.
• Supervision  Leads, promotes, and motivates the employees within his/her area of responsibility, especially performance appraisal and goal setting agreement, successor and representative planning, personnel development and training measures.
• IMSU/ EHS  Ensures adherence to and monitoring of legal laws and internal regulations concerning IMSU/EHS in his/her area of responsibility.

Your Profile

• Min. of 10 years in development, production technology and production, product management, technical sales
• University Degree in Engineering or Science
• English, MS Office, Project Management, business administration
