Your Contribution

• Support sample build execution by working closely with Project Management, Planners, Production, Product & Process Development, Failure Analysis, and Quality teams.
• Manage smooth shift‑to‑shift operations and execute daily production plans.
• Support engineering and maintenance work to prevent downtime and keep production running smoothly. 
• Develop routine maintenance plans with equipment teams and ensure proper execution.
• Perform routine maintenance and first‑level machine troubleshooting.
• Conduct first‑level process analysis and provide improvement recommendations.
• Follow OCAP procedures for any out‑of‑control situations.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards and participate in workplace risk evaluations.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of engineering or manufacturing experience, ideally in semiconductor or optical industries.
• BSc/MSc in Process Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Understanding of product, process, or manufacturing engineering.
• Interest or familiarity with optical components.
• Basic knowledge of project management & statistical analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with strong execution focus.
