As Global Key Account Manager for Augmented Reality, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth for our advanced optical glass solutions within the AR industry. You will manage global tech customers and partners, ensuring seamless integration of our products into cutting-edge AR devices while fostering long-term partnerships.
Your Contribution
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and implement global account strategies for key tech customers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and unlocking new market opportunities in AR.
- Bridge Technology and Business: Integrate product development activities into commercial workflows to meet ambitious sales targets for advanced glass solutions, working closely with product owners and sales teams worldwide.
- Build Executive-Level Partnerships: Cultivate trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers, acting as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead Negotiations and Communication: Own proposals, contract negotiations, and issue resolution, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends, macroeconomic developments, and competitor activities in AR technology, translating insights into actionable strategies that strengthen our market position.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold international legal frameworks and internal policies, including contract management and export control.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: You hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Optics, Physics, or a related technical field. An additional qualification in Business Administration would be a strong advantage.
- Proven Expertise: You bring several years of experience in international key account management, ideally working with global tech companies. You thrive in multicultural environments and know how to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- Technical Know-how: You have solid knowledge of consumer electronics, optics, and AR technologies, enabling you to confidently engage in technical discussions and translate complex concepts into customer value.
- Communication Excellence: You are fluent in English and possess outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You know how to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership Mindset: You demonstrate transparency, strategic foresight, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Your approach inspires confidence and drives results.
- Project Management Skills: You are experienced in managing complex, fast-paced projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
