Your Contribution

• Acts as leader of process development work packages within development and expansion projects at the different Schott Pharma AG sites.
• Develops new or improves existing processes, process layouts and manufacturing concepts. Transfers and adapts processes from existing to new production lines and ensures their stability.
• Executes process feasibility studies and carries out the needed tests independently.
• Collaborates with the engineering team to develop and commission new equipment.
• Trains production teams on the new processes.

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering (process, materials, mechanical or electrical engineering)
• 3-5 years of experience in the development or automation of new manufacturing processes
• structured & team-oriented way of working
• knowledge of methods for agile development and systematic problem-solving
• conceptual and interdisciplinary thinking
• skilled CAx user, experienced with MS
• Fluent Hungarian, English
• Willingness to travel approx. 50%
• Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement (1 day home office/week)
