Your Contribution

As a Process Engineer, you will support manufacturing operations by improving production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring process efficiency and product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and support daily plant operations.

• • Support manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and process-related issues
  • Develop and update process documentation and work instructions
  • Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams
  • Participate in process validation and standardization activities
  • Monitor process performance indicators and follow up on improvement actions

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• General metrology knowledge and ability to interpret mechanical drawings
• Experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar)
• ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Organized with strong follow-up and execution skills
