As Controlling Process Leader, you will be the process owner and financial sparring partner for two production sites. You will ensure transparency, consistency and business relevance of financial data while acting as the local key interface to Global Controlling.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the preparation of the annual financial plan and rolling forecasts for both sites.
- Ensure cross-functional involvement in planning cycles in close cooperation with Site Management.
- Ensure data consistency, feasibility and robustness of budgets and forecasts.
Controlling & Performance Steering
- Analyze and comment on monthly results; derive and track action recommendations.
- Monitor financial and operational trends; provide early warning on risks and critical issues.
- Prepare simulations and scenarios; support management with fact-based decision support.
- Prepare financial analyses and business cases for investments (CAPEX) and strategic initiatives.
Reporting & Global Interface
- Prepare monthly KPIs and SCHOTT reporting packages.
- Proactively support BU Controlling and Global Controlling with insights and analyses.
Compliance & Governance
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS as well as SCHOTT Group guidelines.
- Safeguard integrity and transparency of financial transactions and controlling processes.
Site Management & Business Partnering
- Ensure financial aspects are adequately reflected in management decisions.
- Act as trusted advisor to site management on financial topics and operational improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- At least 4 years of controlling experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO and production controlling.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization is a strong plus.
Language Requirement

Minimum B2 level of English proficiency (mandatory) – able to actively participate in global meetings, prepare reports and communicate with international stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and structured thinking with a business-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to own and improve end-to-end controlling processes.
- Confident stakeholder management and constructive challenge capability.
- High level of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
- Willingness for occasional site visits between Çerkezköy and Bolu.
