In order to sustain this power, we are looking for new teammates to assign as Senior Controller in Çerkezköy.

Your Contribution

• You will be the contact person for financial data for the Management Board and Global Controlling,
• In close collaboration with sales and operations you will analyze product margins and costs and benchmark with other EU sites,
• You will consolidate, analyze and present the financial business development,
• You will be responsible for continuous improvement of Controlling Processes and SAP applications,
• You will prepare business plans, investment calculations and promote operational improvements,
• You will prepare the Budget Planning, and Rolling Forecasts,
• You will travel to other sites of SCHOTT in Europe for benchmark and training,
• You will be the deputy of the local Head of Finance.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics or relevant departments,
• Master’s degree is an asset,
• At least 5-10 years of experience in Finance and Controlling ,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools,
• ERP knowledge, SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Good command of written and spoken English is essential,
• Good communication and teamworking skills across different levels of hierarchy.
