Your Contribution

  • Customer Service is responsible to support Supply Chain Department in proceed order related to product that offer by company, follow up the questions, or giving the information and handling customer complaint regarding to product.
  • Clarification of Orders and Data Maintenance
    To plan customer orders based on pre-determination priorities of sales, sales offices, and or customers, as well as prepare orders. Clarify all orders including new products and are the front line of production that relates directly to customers using English or in other foreign languages as needed. Input all relevant data into the SAP system.
  • Forecast Management
    Handling and managing customer forecasts in SAP in line with Key Account Manager (KAM) and or Area Sales Manager (ASM). Work globally according to the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
  • Handling of Orders
    • Handle and manage orders received from customers starting from order verification, registering the orders into SAP system, ensuring orders have been produced and can be delivered timely to customers according
      to the schedule that has been confirmed to the customer.
    • Preparing all the necessary correspondence with banks and authorities, initiating prepare shipping orders and transportation documents based on the type of order and letter of credit, and forward the documents to the shipping department. Participate in the disposition for the cargo space necessary for delivery as well as initiate the implementation of the transport.
  • Customer Complaints
    Responsible for registering customer complaints in the system provided after coordinate with quality department. Working closely with the quality department to ensure timeliness in responding to quality problems coming from customers. Coordinates return shipments and issuing debit note or credit note if required.
  • Reporting
    To prepare data and reports periodically relating to the area of responsibility or data and reports requested by superiors.
  • GMP
    Follow the current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Lean Manufacturing
    Ensuring a general understanding of Lean Manufacturing in its day-to-day work. Take part in advanced training programs on a regular basis.
  • Training
    Ensure knowledge levels are kept up to date by participating in relevant training.

Your Profile

  • College degree in (Foreign) Trade or Economics, or secondary degree, commercial education 
  • 3-5 years experience in sales and/or customer service area in manufacture
  • English fluent (written and spoken), MS Office, SAP knowledge, Customer and service orientation, Team Player, Reliable, Structured thinking and communication 
  • Customer and service oriented, responsive, reliable, having good analytical thinking, logical skill, and structured communication.
  • Good team player.
  • Willing to travel and work outside office hours when needed.
