Our Business Unit Pharmaceutical Systems is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of drug containment solutions and delivery systems for injectable drugs. More than 600 production lines in 14 countries worldwide produce more than 10 billion syringes, vials, ampoules, cartridges and special articles of tubing glass or polymer.

Your Contribution

  • Planning: Participates in the planning of stock requirements, warehouse stock and consumption. Plans budget of cost center.
  • Stock Management: Monitors the stocks. Initiates commissioning and provision of goods in due time. Communicates all delays or variances in inbound/outbound freight and internal supply to the appropriate parties. Improves processes and exchanges know-how with global functions and other sites.
  • Dispatch Handling: Coordinates and monitors proper and timely dispatch handling based on customer orders. Initiates timely commissioning and provision of goods and designation at the site and in field warehouses as well as preparation of required shipping documents. Initiates timely redistribution of goods within available warehouses. Controls the stock of production at dispatching stock locations and initiates if necessary adjustment of entries. Ensures a proper condition of the stock for safe storage of products. Ensures the availability of technical stock devices especially of floor-borne vehicles and initiates preventive maintenance, service and repair by internal or external authorities.
  • Complaints: Analyzes complaints and/or logistic issues and decides on measures for fault correction.
  • Inventory: Plans and coordinates the execution of inventories. Maintains strict control over parts inventory levels in order to meet internal and external demand of production.
  • Reporting: Prepares statistics and key performance indicators.
  • EHS: Implements the EHS directive in his/her area of responsibility. Operates machines in compliance with permissions. Monitors adherence to legal laws and internal regulations for environment, health & safety and accident prevention.
  • Lean Manufacturing: akes use of the processes designed according to the principle of Lean Manufacturing in his or her work groups and sees to it that these are observed. Sees to it that ideas and recommendations from employees are included and observed during the Lean Manufacturing design process.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor in industrial engineering, or other engineering, or management
  • 1 year experience in position with warehousing, logistics
  • Entrepreneurship and service oriented mindset, effective leadership skills, English, SAP WM/MM, MS Office, Excel
