Your Contribution
- In charge of TPM roadmap at the factory level
- Facilitate TPM Audit: prepare TPM audit schedule, database, controlling and moderating audit
- Give advice and follow up the findings to improve the level of TPM implementation
- Facilitate regular meeting with TPM pillars (to able to analyze the level of preparedness/achievement of each TPM pillars)
- Facilitate and follow up the implementation of HANCHO concept in accordance with established schedule
- Provide the input to the team in implementing TPM, 5S, EHS and HANCHO for continuous improvement
- Follow-up on improvement initiative related to TPM, 5S, EHS and HANCHO
- Update regularly TPM progress to headquarters
- Have ability to carry out projects related to the implementation of TPM, EHS and 5S (example: labelling standard, repainting of floor, line marking, etc.)
- Facilitating discussion or workshop related to continuous improvements in both administrative and technical areas.
- Able to coordinate, facilitate program/audit of TPM, EHS, 5S, HANCHO and improvement task with the team
- To discuss about improvement idea with Lean Expert
- To escalate issue to higher level that cannot solve by team
- Report TPM audit attendance and audit task completion rate
- Responsible for the performance of 5S facilitator in the application of 5S in PT SCHOTT Igar Glass
- To observe implemented project and potential project improvement that have a good impact.
- Reporting line: Dotted line report to Finance Director as cost saving program chairman.
Your Profile
- University degree in an industrial engineering discipline
- 2 years experience working in manufacturing area and experience in managing a technical / production team as Supervisor. Experience in Lean and project management and commitment to the SCHOTT Lean Approach.
- Structured working style, communicative leadership style, assertiveness, moderation and presentation skills, distinctive social competence, open-mindness towards changes, excellent command of the English language (a second foreign language is highly appreciated), competence in process stabilization and optimization (i.e. Six-Sigma, PSO Black-Level)
- Have a good knowledge on accounting cycle and system, IFRS and Local GAAP.
- Good communication in English.
- Able to analyze and problem solving (5 WHY analysis, RCA, fishbone, pareto, FMEA, PDCA & DMAIC)
