In order to sustain this power, we are looking for new teammates to assign as Production Process Leader in Bolu.

Your Contribution

• Execute production activities in line with targets; compare outputs with targets to take precautions against deviations.
• Conduct daily field tours to monitor processes, including newly commissioned products, raw materials, and colors.
• Lead and participate in 5S, CPA, Kaizen, and Productivity studies; request and act on improvements from Maintenance-Development.
• Manage a team of subordinates, determine weekly blue-collar schedules, plan annual leaves, and conductPerformance Interviews.
• Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly production reports
• Effective source management to sustain cost and scrap reduction
• Lead and/or participate in productivity and lean projects 
• Coordinate improvement projects with quality department
• Align production process with lean strategies
• Active role in new project executions
• Ensure all activities adhere to Information Security (ISO 27001) andOccupational Health and Safety (ISG) standards.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree from Material, Chemical, Industrial and Mechanical Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in production process
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Expert in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• Strong knowledge of Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001) and EHS regulations
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to track and report instant KPI deviations.
• Eager to develop personally and professionally
• No travel restriction domestic and abroad
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Must reside in Bolu
