Your Contribution

• Test Schedule/Test Equipment: Prepares test schedules, develops inspection and test methods and improves existing test and measurement equipment.
• Material and Production Inspections/Functional Test: Conducts material inspections e.g., regarding special materials. Conducts functional tests regarding components, devices, machines and complete production lines. Prepares test reports and adjusts them with the supervisor.
• New Product Development: Tests new measurement methods according to instructions. Participates in testing of new product developments under various conditions and loads. Defines quality specifications for new projects and order modifications.
• Complaints: Analyzes complaint reports and error messages for corrective and preventing measures.
• Documentation: Prepares test and documentation files for quality assurance. Participates in updating of quality manuals, in consultation with the supervisor and prepares appropriate handling and working instructions. Prepares quality cost reports.
• Training: Trains quality inspectors in production control positions in case of new and modified requirements and processes.

Your Profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering 
• 2-3 years occupational experience in quality engineering 
• English, EDP-knowledge
