Your Contribution

  • Develop and execute global key account strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, growth, and customer retention objectives)
  • Lead all sales activities for assigned global key accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and long-term partnership goals
  • Prepare annual budgets, sales forecasts, and multi-year business projections (FY+1 to FY+3) to support strategic planning and performance management
  • Identify, develop, and commercialize new business opportunities, products, and projects through collaboration with customers and cross-functional internal stakeholders
  • Establish and implement short- and long-term account growth strategies to expand market share, increase profitability, and strengthen competitive positioning
  • Develop and manage annual global account plans by region, business unit, and product portfolio, including measurable objectives and key milestones
  • Promote existing products, new developments, and value-added solutions to drive customer engagement and business expansion opportunities
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations worldwide
  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned global accounts, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead global pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements while coordinating alignment among key internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and participate in customer visits, business reviews, audits, and strategic meetings; provide regular account updates and performance reporting to leadership
  • Partner with Marketing to support trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, customer events, and strategic promotional initiatives that enhance market visibility and growth
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer developments, translating insights into recommendations and action plans that support business growth
  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives designed to strengthen customer relationships and improve competitive advantage
  • Manage customer concerns and escalations by collaborating with Quality, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure effective resolution
  • Support accounts receivable management by partnering with Finance to resolve overdue balances and minimize financial risk
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, account management practices, and internal procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful execution of customer strategies and business objectives
  • Participate in required meetings, training programs, and professional development activities to maintain technical, commercial, and industry expertise
  • Promote and support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives and maintain compliance with all applicable workplace safety requirements
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, cGMP requirements, company policies, procedures, ethical business practices, and the Code of Conduct

Your Profile

  • BS in Business, Life Sciences, or related fields, required
  • A minimum of 5 – 10 years of relevant experience within active sales role, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical packaging/biotech industry
  • Sound computer knowledge and skills including MS Office and SAP
  • Experience with trade shows, business meetings and trainings
  • Sound technical aptitude
  • Self-motivated and results driven; strong perseverance to hit targets and deadlines
  • Multi-tasking abilities and prioritization
  • Detail oriented approach; service oriented
  • Personable  
  • Forward and creative thinking
  • Effective communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
  • Ability to read, write and speak English language
  • Remote Office / Customer Visits / PPE (when/where applicable)
  • Normal business hours, Monday - Friday / flexibility required, as needed
  • 35% - 65%, as required and can include intercontinental travel
