Your Contribution

  • Manage all local purchasing and supply management activities, including sourcing, quoting, supplier selection, purchase order processing, and on-time delivery of materials and services
  • Serve as the primary purchasing contact and subject matter expert for local suppliers, internal customers, and regional market requirements while supporting global procurement initiatives
  • Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders, maintain SAP purchasing data, generate procurement reports, and ensure compliance with internal purchasing standards
  • Build and maintain effective supplier relationships by resolving escalations, managing acknowledgements, expediting critical orders, and supporting vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and vending programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to support business needs, optimize procurement processes, and improve purchasing efficiency and service levels
  • Lead cost savings, value generation, benchmarking, supplier development, and global sourcing initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Monitor supplier performance through scorecards, business reviews, and development projects to ensure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability objectives are achieved
  • Manage invoice reconciliation, past-due orders, and supply chain disruptions by coordinating action plans to meet short-term demand requirements and resolve critical supply issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, the Code of Conduct, ISO standards, cGMP requirements, and all procurement-related procedures and controls
  • Promote a safe work environment by supporting EHS initiatives, adhering to safety regulations, and maintaining workplace safety and housekeeping standards

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, or related field, required
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Material Planning or Purchasing, required  
  • Minimum of three years of leadership and/or management experience, preferred
  • APICS or CPIM certification, preferred
  • Experience with MRP/MPS, preferred
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 15378, along with cGMP and ISO
  • Thorough MS Office applications, SAP and electronic QMS systems
