Your Contribution

•Manage and maintain the successful functioning of the Quality electronic data collection system (SINIC, or similar) including the creation, modification, and upkeep of product files, including files located in SAP
•Complete sampling forms for all bulk production orders
•Provide inspection data as requested
•Obtain calibration quotes and submit purchase reqs within SAP
•Perform internal verifications, scheduling of calibration and routine gauge/instrument maintenance services
•Assist in gauge troubleshooting and repair
•Aid in Gage R&R studies as needed
•Maintain the gauge management system, along with gauge maintenance and repair
•Verify and review gauge condition; sustain site calibration records
•Write, or assist in the creation of, test methods and forms related to the Quality Control functions
•Oversee completion of on-site calibrations with vendors
•Review and accept calibration certificates
•Package and ship gauges out for calibration
•Archive all calibration certificates/verifications digitally and physically.
•Train applicable employees on proper use and maintenance of gauges
•Participate in customer or regulatory audits/inspections, as needed
•Support the execution of gauge validation and qualification protocols as needed
•Issue/Manage assigned CAPA(s)/Non-Conformances by performing root cause investigations, while defining resolution actions; implement preventive and corrective actions in a timely manner
•Work within the scope of all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
•Participate in required trainings and meetings, when necessary
•Follow all Company policies and procedures
•Cross train in other Quality areas and/or functions to support business needs
•Help promote and implement safety/EHS directives and maintain a clean and safe workspace
•Follow cGMP and adhere to all ISO and safety guidelines, policies and protocols
•Frequent cross-departmental collaboration to ensure adherence to all applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Your Profile

•High School Diploma or GED, required
•Minimum 2 years of experience in gauge management and calibration, or Quality related manufacturing role, preferred
•Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
•Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485 and 15378, and cGMP
•Thorough knowledge and usage of MS Office and SAP
