We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales growth of our SCHOTT Pharma portfolio in eastern Europe. You develop customer-specific solutions, drive growth, build strong partnerships, and act as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders.
Your Contribution
- Promote and sell the full Pharma product portfolio to current and potential customers, reaching an annual sales volume of approx. 10–15 Mio. EUR
- Create customer-specific solutions regarding products, services, conditions, and problem-solving.
- Conduct customer visits, provide market updates, and foster partnerships between customers and production sites.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms in alignment with Key Account Management and supplying units.
- Establish annual budgets and rolling forecasts, monitor target achievement, and implement corrective actions where needed.

Develop site‑specific sales approaches, manage budgets and forecasts, and align with key internal stakeholders on strategies and objectives.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business, Life Sciences or a technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or a sales-related function in a technology business field
- Fluent in English and the local language (prefered), both written and spoken
- Strong team player with a proactive mindset; able to build networks and work cross-functionally.
- Negotiation training and proven ability to act as a dealmaker with a strong “hunger to win.”
