Your Contribution
- Recruiting and Placement: Prepares all administrative formalities concerning hiring processes in accordance with applicable local labor law practices. Prepares employment contracts, contract amendments, replacement actions, etc. as agreed upon with superior. Enters and maintains personnel data in the Personnel Master Record System (SAP). Monitors employees with temporary contracts and discusses with the department (after consultation with supervisor) further proceeding; implements actions required based on decisions made. Prepares internal and external job announcements in English and [local language].
- HR Services: Provides all necessary information to all stakeholders (e.g. supervisors, local works council, payroll ) in case of hirings, transfers, resignations, and updates personnel records accordingly. Prepares testimonials /Certificates of employment as needed based on manager’s input. Serves as competent point of contact for all HR-related issues. Provides information and advice to staff concerning regulations regarding parental leave and completes the necessary paperwork. Monitors proper handling of performance appraisals (initiation and control of return of employee evaluations). Supports foreign employees and is responsible for completing all formalities connected therewith (immigration, work visas, labor office).
- Application Management: Records all incoming applications in the SAP system and distributes applications to the relevant hiring managers or departments. Tracks the progress of applications and informs candidates of interim decisions. Welcomes and hosts candidates, ensures proper reimbursement of travel expenses associated with the hiring process. Handles all correspondence resulting from the application process.
- Contracts: Acts as competent point of contact concerning all types of contracts: home office, part-time, renewals and transfers. Manages the above mentioned topics in accordance with the instructions from supervisor, including required appraisal interviews,. Advises and supports the candidate/employee until the contract is signed.
- Special Tasks/Projects: Performs special tasks in the team and participates in assigned projects.
- Calendar Management: Sets up and manages all appointments of supervisor with employees, applicants, and other parties.
Your Profile
- Commercial Apprenticeship, plus additional education in the field of HR and/or as a management assistant
- 5+ years of professional experience in HR
- MS Office, good command of the English langugae, SAP HR/R/3, very good knowledge of labor and social security law
