Our Business Unit Pharmaceutical Systems is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of drug containment solutions and delivery systems for injectable drugs. More than 600 production lines in 14 countries worldwide produce more than 10 billion syringes, vials, ampoules, cartridges and special articles of tubing glass or polymer.

Your Contribution

Equipment qualification

• carries out machine acceptance tests (FAT/SAT) and qualification with machine suppliers
• creates  and/or reviews the related technical documentation (URS, functional specifications, FMEA)
• coordinates execution with production team and externals

Production process improvement

• develops best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• supports production team in developing and creating work instructions
• provides training to the production team for specific improvements
• analyzes data and create production report as per request, takes part in assessments, evaluations

Problem solving

• actively supports and participates in resolving technical or process related problems
• creates high quality documentation about actions and improvements derived from technical issues

Develop technical documents

• per request creates technical documentation (URS, risk assessments, etc.) for various initiatives
• per request creates assessment, figures, data package to support projects or operational topics

Your Profile

• BSc/ MSc degree in technical or engineering field
• Fluent English, German language knowledge is advantage
• Familiar with SAP/ AutoCad/ SolidEdge
• 3-5 years experience in industrial company environment
• Equipment testing and qualification
• Working on processes with highly automated production equipment
• Excellent technical skills
• M365 advanced user (inclg. Visio, Project)
• Structured working style and ability to plan and prioritize technical activities
