More than 600 production lines in 14 countries worldwide produce more than 10 billion syringes, vials, ampoules, cartridges and special articles of tubing glass or polymer.

Your Contribution

• Leads, reports and documents various process optimization projects 
• Proactively identifies improvement opportunities and offers effective, high quality solutions
• Prepares & implements improvement plans
• Plan and implement improvement tests 
• Improve work instructions, monitors shift reports in order to identify trends, deviations
• Prepares change control and validation documentation 

Your Profile

• Mechanical engineering degree (BSc)
• Min. 1-2 years relevant manufacturing work experience
• Active CAD user (3D)
• Conversational English language knowledge
• M365 user level
• MS Visio, MS Project, Plant Simulation, Quadrispace, Minitab, Solid Edge, AutoDesk Inventor, 3D design SW knowledge is an advantage
• Lean, Six Sigma, TPM working experience is an advantage
• Good communicator and cooperative personality
• Team-player
• Flexible, open attitude
• Proactive
