Your Contribution

Direct support of the CartriQ sterile organization that includes:

1. product transfer & process migration

• coordinate and execute the end-to-end transfer of manufacturing processes
• collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, IT) to capture and document all critical process parameters
• prepare and own the process transfer protocol and process comparability evaluations, benchmark activities with the primary site
  and the manufacturer(s)
• identify and implement process optimizations to fit local requirements

2. equipment qualification

• carry out machine acceptance tests and qualification with machine suppliers
• create and/or review the related technical documentation 
• coordinate execution with production team and externals

3. production process improvement

• develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• support production team in developing and creating work instructions
• provide trainings for the production team for specific improvements
• analyze data and create production reports as per request, takes part is assessments and evaluations

4. problem solving, active support and participation in resolving technical or process related problems, documentation & improvements

5. develop technical documents

6. Leads, participates and coordinates projects 

Your Profile

• minimum BSc/MSc degree in technical / engineering field
• 1-5 year experience in industrial company environment, preferably in equipment testing and qualification
• working on processes with highly automated production equipment
• experience with standard operating procedure (SOP) creation and optimization
• project management basics (e.g., planning, risk assessment, milestones)
• knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage
• fluent English, Advantage:German language
• familiar with SAP/ AutoCad/ SolidEdge
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Visio) advanced user level, MS Project user level is an advantage
• structured working style and ability to plan & prioritize technical activities
