Your Contribution

         1. Project Management:

• Takes responsibility for complex cross-departmental and cross-plant customer projects as part of expansions, site transfers or excellence projects

• Tasks include the formation and control of cross-departmental and international project teams in complex subject areas within the framework of know-how transfer and enabling, qualification and validation topics, as well as change topics

• Ensure on-time production capability for commercial deliveries to Key-/ A-Account customers

  2. Hyper Care Activities

• Management, coordination or collaboration in critical customer projects (Hyper Care) as part of Global, Customer Quality, e.g. activities to avert complaints with a high business impact or increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

• External customer visits 

  3. Support of Quality Key Account Management at Top Customer Care

• Support the responsible Quality Key Account Managers with project-related customer inquiries

• Customer-related departments such as Sales, Key Account, BDM, Life Cycle Management or Regulatory Affairs are also supported with technical expertise

Your Profile

• Natural science or technical studies (Bachelor or Master), e.g. in chemistry, pharmacy or mechanical engineering

• Further training in the field of pharmaceutical and medical device or quality

• Several years of practical experience in the areas of customer care, project management, quality management, product and process development in medical technology or pharmaceutical companies

• Confident user of M365, MS Project and SAP

• Above-average reliability and commitment

• Project management skills

• Organizational skills

• Experience in dealing with demanding customers

• Fluent English spoken and written

• Willingness to travel
