Your Contribution

Ensures that the requirements of the relevant standards and guidelines are dealt with: relevant cGMP, ISO 9001 - Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 15378 - Primary Packaging Pharmaceuticals, ISO 13485 - Medical Devices, pharmacopoeias and other guidelines in the pharmaceutical environment.

• Quality management system maintenance and improvement
  ISO 9001, ISO 15378, ISO 13485 - maintenance of certification status, monitoring of requirements, taking actions
  Participation in improvements, preparation for the audits, maintenance of the documents, managing changes
• Internal auditing
  Support for planning and conducting internal audits, creating the associated audit reposts and CAPA items, creation and monitoring / updating of the annual Internal Audit Program
• Deviation / CAPA (corrective & preventive action) management
  Owner of CAPA management tool (software for CAPA management) and the related process
  Issuing CAPAs, reviewing and approving CAPA results.
• Document management system (DMS)
  Supporting maintenance of Document management system based on the Process Map. Ensures that all documents are compliant and available in SAP DMS. Makes sure that other departments are appropriately using the Q systems and processes with his/her technical and principle background through continuous support, auditing and training.
  Data integrity: leading data integrity assessment, makes sure that the assessment is up-to-date and actions are addressed, promoting and implementing improvement in the field of data integrity.
  Training concept: makes sure that the training materials for SOPs in the used QMS software is up-to-date with continuous review, monitoring and improvement of the process.
• Effectiveness review
  Owner of Effectiveness Review process for CAPAs, perform effectiveness review check originating from especially certification and internal deviations (general, GMP, internal audits).

Your Profile

• BSc or MSc in the field of any engineering or nature science, quality management, food or pharmaceuticals
• Quality experience in a manufacturing environment, minimum of 5 years in Quality Management System
• Good command of English
• Deviation and problem solving skills
• High proficiency in QMS standards, including ISO 9001; advantage: ISO 13485, ISO 15378, GMP and other pharmaceutical guidelines
• SAP
• M365
• Auditing practices
• Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail
• Systems Thinking and Problem-Solving
