Your Contribution

• This role bridges customers and production by aligning product specifications and optimizing processes.
• It manages technical projects, resolves customer issues, and supports sales with expert guidance.
• The position also handles quality-related activities such as complaints, audits, and process standards.
• Strong cross-functional coordination ensures customer requirements, cost efficiency, and compliance are consistently met.

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master in the field of Engineering, Material or Natural Science or Quality Management
• 3-5 years as business professional with experience in communication with customers, work experience in international manufacturing environment, professional experience in technical environment or in customer
• Excellent command of the English language, technical understanding, customer oriented mindset and good analytical skills, good customer orientation.
• Advantage: Relevant ISO standards (ISO 15378, ISO 13485), SAP, pharmaceutical guidelines
