Service Manager SAP SD (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) at the Mainz site (m/f) for our Sales & Marketing Applications Competence Centre within our Information Technology area.

Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for planning and assuring operation in the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) area including monitoring operating costs and budget comparison
  • Responsibility for IT operations processes such as incident management, service request management etc. according to ITIL
  • Support for department staff in incident and change management
  • IT process consultancy in the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) environment within SCHOTT AG
  • Collaboration in international process optimisation, roll-out and S/4 transformation projects
  • Guidance of key users and contact persons for all module-related questions including holding user training in the departments

Your Profile

  • Degree in economics, business IT, IT or adequate training
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the planning, conception and execution of IT services and operational services of medium complexity.
  • Very good SAP knowledge in the SD module
  • Process knowledge of adjacent SAP modules, MM, PP, FI/CO an advantage
  • Experience in international SAP / SD implementation projects
  • Good knowledge of IT service management methods, e.g. IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Fluent English for international project work
  • Consultancy expertise as well as professional presentation and communication skills
