The Quality Engineering department at SCHOTT Pharma designs and governs global quality processes across the entire value chain. We are seeking an Epert Ditial Quality (m/f/d)* with a strong focus on digitalization, data integrity, and regulatory excellence to play a key role in ensuring safe and reliable solutions for patients worldwide.

Your Contribution

• Drive the digitalization of Quality processes across SCHOTT Pharma and represent the topic to key stakeholders. 
• Act as Process Owner for Quality Engineering processes in line with SCHOTT Pharma standards. 
• Identify and realize digitalization potentials in quality-relevant processes and systems. 
• Ensure GMP-compliant data integrity across systems, interfaces, and processes. 
• Lead cross-functional digital quality projects, including scope, budget, and milestones. 
• Collaborate closely with interfaces such as Supply Chain and Master Data Management.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Informatics, Technology, or a comparable field. 
• Several years of experience in digitalizing quality processes in regulated environments.
• Strong expertise in LIMS systems; experience with SAP QM is an advantage. 
• Proven project management experience, including budget and stakeholder responsibility.
• Solid knowledge of GMP requirements and data integrity principles. 
• Confident communication skills in English, paired with a structured, analytical mindset.
