Your Contribution

  • Manage the sales activities within assigned key account
  • Prepare budgets and projections
  • Search for new potential products and projects; initiate cooperation with key account and involve internal players
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate short and long-term strategies and activities for the related products to achieve and satisfy business growth and margins
  • Plan annual key account strategy
  • Promote current products and new developments
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external visits
  • Organize, plan and participate in relevant fairs and trade shows
  • Initiate and facilitate the posting of marketing material in appropriate media forums and advertising
  • Lead global price negotiations and coordinate with the key internal stakeholders
  • Handle customer complaints with support from other internal Pharma groups
  • Assist Finance with overdue accounts receivables
  • Monitor and advise on competitor activities
  • Initiate and coordinate projects to strengthen competitive positioning
  • Seek to continuously improve procedures and processes within area of responsibility
  • Devise and execute account specific strategies in alignment with Pharma Sales/Marketing

Your Profile

  • BS in Business, Life Sciences, or related fields, required
  • A minimum of (5) years of experience within active sales role, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical packaging/biotech industry
  • Sound computer knowledge and skills including MS Office and SAP
  • Experience with trade shows, business meetings and trainings
  • Sound technical aptitude
  • Self-motivated and results driven; strong perseverance to hit targets and deadlines
  • Multi-tasking abilities and prioritization
  • Detail oriented approach; service oriented
  • Personable  
  • Forward and creative thinking
  • Effective communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
  • Ability to read, write and speak English language
