To support this vision, we are building a growing Data & AI Delivery Team and establishing a modern, scalable data and AI platform that connects business-critical data across functions and enables innovative AI solutions at enterprise scale.

To strengthen our evolving Data & Analytics team, we are looking for a BI Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. In this role, you will support the evolution of our analytics landscape by designing, implementing and enhancing scalable data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data products, helping business stakeholders make better decisions through trusted and actionable insights.

Your Contribution

  • Designing and developing analytics assets, semantic models and data products that serve as trusted foundations for enterprise analytics and AI initiatives
  • Translating business processes and requirements into reusable analytical assets and governed data models that support scalable reporting and decision-making
  • Supporting the organization's transformation toward a modern cloud-based data and analytics platform based on Microsoft Fabric
  • Helping shape scalable data architectures leveraging Lakehouse, Data Warehouse and Semantic Model concepts
  • Contributing to platform governance, CI/CD processes, monitoring frameworks and enterprise-wide standards for analytics solutions
  • Collaborating with Data Product Owners and business stakeholders to define, govern and successfully adopt data products across the organization
  • Supporting data governance initiatives related to data quality, metadata management, lineage, ownership and compliance requirements
  • Promoting data literacy and fostering the adoption of modern analytics capabilities through stakeholder engagement, consulting and knowledge sharing
  • Partnering with business and IT teams globally to deliver sustainable analytics solutions aligned with strategic business objectives

Your Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Analytics or a comparable technical or scientific discipline
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including semantic modeling, data integration and enterprise-scale analytics solutions
  • Sound understanding of cloud data platforms, modern analytics architectures, data engineering principles and enterprise reporting environments
  • Experience designing scalable analytical data models and integrating data from multiple source systems in complex enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of data governance concepts, data products and self-service analytics operating models
  • Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technology perspectives
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW and/or SAP Datasphere analytical data models is highly desirable
  • Passion for driving data-driven decision-making and enabling business value through modern analytics capabilities
