We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) in fulltime to support our HR Organizational Development Team at our headquarters in Mainz for at least 4 to 6 months, starting mid-June.  Organizational Development at SCHOTT comprises the reviewing, updating and rendering advisory service concerning the organizational structure, representation of the company’s organization in SAP, optimization of processes, the preparation of job descriptions and job evaluations. During the internship there is the possibility to clarify, if a working student position after the internship has come to an end will be imaginable.

Your Tasks

  • You will support us by managing and changing the organizational structure of the company
  • You will support in the preparation of job descriptions 
  • You are involved in the job description process for the German-speaking region 
  • You will maintain data in SAP HR module and run monthly reports to ensure the data quality
  • You will assist the team in projects, e.g. with the implementation of a new global e-recruiting system
  • You will arrange and participate in national and international (web)trainings, create and update SAP training materials

Your Profile

  • You are in your advanced studies of Business Administration or Economics (HR major would be an advantage)
  • You already gathered first practical experiences in industrial companies
  • You enjoy to apply your existing computer skills in MS-Office; SAP basic knowledge would be a plus
  • Your English and German skills are fluently (C-level)
  • You enjoy working independently and are a reliable person with strong analytical skills and a structured work approach
