Join our innovative team at SCHOTT as an International Graduate Sales (m/f/d)!
We are looking for a graduate with a global and innovation focused mindset to strengthen our Sales team within our Strategic Business Field Cooking/CERAN® at our site in Mainz. Our 18–24‑month International Graduate Program offers an excellent start to your career in a fast‑paced, international business environment. As part of the program, you will gain a holistic understanding of our business by job‑shadowing in related areas such as Marketing and Product Management.
The position will be filled at the earliest possible date.

Your Contribution

• Supporting and learning by our Key Account Managers in their daily business and all belongings
• Handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations, including pricing and feasibility checks.
• Supporting and preparing contract negotiations 
• Preparing sales and revenue forecasts and contributing to market and customer analyses.
• Maintaining master data in internal systems and monitoring bonus and commission settlements.

Your Profile

• A successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Initial experience through internships, working student roles or studies abroad; experience in an international environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills combined with a structured and proactive working style.
• Analytical thinking and confident use of MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
• Very good German and English language skills; French is a plus.
• High level of initiative, team orientation and willingness to take responsibility.
