About us

We are looking for an experienced Learning Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing state of the art learning journeys and individual programs in our company.

Your Contribution

• Identify training needs of the Business Units and Functions
• Design and implement effective curricula and learning programs
• Monitor and evaluate the results of our training programs
• Facilitate online and classroom training sessions and workshops
• Act as coach in close collaboration with managers to identify the educational needs of employees
• Design interactive learning designs and programs online and offline
   

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in developing and implementing learning content strategies and program
• Excellent communication skills
• Business fluent English skills
• Good instructional design skills
• Proficiency in curriculum and academy design
