About us

In this role, you will help define and execute the strategic agenda of SCHOTT Pharma. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, execution, and senior leadership, you will operate as an in-house consultant and trusted advisor to top management - owning high-impact initiatives from problem structuring to implementation.

Your Contribution

  • Own the Strategy Process: You drive SCHOTT Pharma’s end-to-end strategy cycle—structuring key questions, developing actionable roadmaps (e.g. DTC, Operations), and ensuring decision-ready outputs for executive leadership.
  • Advise Senior Stakeholders: You act as a trusted sparring partner to senior leaders, translating complex business challenges into clear hypotheses, strategic options, and tangible recommendations.
  • Lead High-Impact Initiatives: You take full ownership of cross-functional strategic projects across the value chain—from scoping and workplan design to execution and delivery.
  • Drive Execution & Results: You ensure that strategy translates into measurable impact—tracking progress, challenging assumptions, and proactively managing risks and deviations.
  • Create Executive-Level Communication: You develop crisp, insight-driven materials for steering committees and top management, enabling fast and well-informed decisions.
  • Elevate Strategic Capabilities: You strengthen problem-solving and strategy execution capabilities across the organization by introducing best-in-class methodologies and facilitating high-impact workshops.

Your Profile

  • Top-tier academic background in business, engineering, or natural sciences (PhD or equivalent strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience in top management consulting or a comparable in-house strategy role in an international industrial environment
  • Strong track record in strategy, operations, or transformation engagements with measurable business impact
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach
  • Advanced expertise in project management and executive communication (incl. PowerPoint and Excel at consulting-grade level)
  • Fluent in English with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across seniority levels
  • High degree of ownership, drive, and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
