Your Contribution
- Development of strategic marketing plans, identifying customer needs and market opportunities
- Collaboration with management, sales, and product development to align strategies with product and business goals
- Development and implementation of cross-channel marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Continuous improvement of website presence
- Establishment and monitoring of KPIs with data-driven optimization
- Collaboration with SCHOTT marketing units for company-wide initiatives
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- 5+ years of Business to Business (B2B) marketing experience in the life sciences industry
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies for scientific products
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Proficient in CRM systems, Google Analytics, and MS Dynamics
- A self-starter with a proactive approach, thriving in dynamic environments
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate corporate structures and collaborate effectively across global teams
