Your Profile

  • 15+ years’ leadership experience across Manufacturing and Product Development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in regulated industries, ideally within medical device/life science manufacturing.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Solid understanding of site-wide functions, including HR, Finance, and IT.
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence using effective tools, systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and align diverse cross-functional teams toward shared goals
