1. Process & Data Analysis

• Analyze complex datasets using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and other analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.

• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations for management and stakeholders.

• Perform statistical analysis, forecasting, and data modeling to support business decisions.

• Recommend suitable analytical methods and reporting approaches for business use cases.

• Support and guide junior analysts on analytical techniques and best practices.

2. Dashboard & Data Visualization

• Design, develop, and maintain business-critical dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

• Establish BU-wide dashboard standards, reporting structures, and visualization best practices.

• Ensure KPI calculations, reporting methodologies, and documentation are standardized and transparent.

• Drive reporting harmonization and self-service analytics adoption across Business Units (BU).

3. Process Management

• Document and maintain business processes, data flows, and reporting requirements.

• Identify process inefficiencies, reporting gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with Business Process Owners to implement standardized and data-driven process improvements.

• Develop and deliver training on dashboards, reporting tools, and data-related processes.

4. Data Quality & Governance

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for reporting and analytics.

• Establish and maintain data governance standards, definitions, and quality controls.

• Resolve data quality issues and collaborate with stakeholders to improve data reliability.

5. Data Architecture & Analytical Solutions

• Collaborate with IT to develop data models, pipelines, and reporting frameworks.

• Drive improvements in data architecture and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for data processing, visualization, and reporting.

6. Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Partner with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and deliver reporting solutions.

• Support data-driven decision-making through KPI monitoring and business performance analysis.

• Collaborate with global functions to ensure alignment with governance and reporting standards.

• Promote analytics best practices and knowledge sharing across Business Units.

7. Mentoring

• Mentor and support junior analysts in analytics, data visualization, Power BI, and reporting best practices.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy.

Your Profile

• Must have basic to intermediate SAP ERP, SAP BW knowledge
• Data and business analytics
• Advanced knowledge in Power BI
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in M365 tools
• Excellent command of English
• Strong understanding of business process
• Posses general skills/attributes such as Motivation, Commitment, Negotiation skills, Interpersonal skills, Documentation skills, Structured and Logical Thinking
• Posses a min 5 years of experience in data analytics / business analytics
• Posses a Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Industrial Engineering/Computer Science or a related field or equivalent education and experience required
