Your Contribution

  • HR Partnering
    • Partner with the business team to supports the people strategy for business growth.
    • Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence (COEs) and specialist to provide comprehensive HR solutions and support to business team
    • Responsible to develop and deliver HR strategy for meeting business needs. 
    • Responsible to provide advice and support to business leaders, Managers on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management, career development, etc. 
    • Responsible for the delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (such as strategic recruiting, workforce planning, new hire training, performance review, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review) for the business segment. 
    • Responsible to develop and review HR policies to ensure it is up to date.
    • Provide sound guidance, professional support and advisory to managers and employees in employee relations, discplinary management,career development and diagnostic related issues.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Handle full spectrum of recruitment processes from Talent Sourcing, Selection and onboarding process.
    • Proactively build and maintain a competitive talent database for company.
    • Partnering with business to forecast and plan for manpower requirements to ensure adequate supply of talents for business.
    • Conduct and ensure implementation of effective on induction/orientation/on-boarding program for new employees.
    • Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. 
    • Works effectively with stakeholders and hiring managers on requirements for new and current requisitions and ensures that job descriptions is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Create Employer branding for the Company as well as working with universities on fresh graduates & internship hiring.
    • Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and advancements in the field.
    • Provides insightful data and analytics on responsible HR areas to enable the business to make fact-based and strategic decisions on people related topics.
    • Promote and improve the efficiency of human resources operations and participate/lead in human resource projects.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor Degree or above in any fields
  • HR knowledge 
  • Project Management
  • Training and Facilitating Skill
  • Employment Act 
  • Min 10 years of working experience in HR capacity
  • Proven track record in project management and HR partnering.
  • Consulting and change management 
  • SAP and Successfactor
  • Data Analysis • Strong HR generalist, analytical and people/conflict management skillset.
  • Able to diagnose & bring collective action and stakeholders to a successful project completion.
