Your Contribution

• Responsible for the Process Integration Department
• Driving process, yield and quality improvements in a systematic data driven way.
• Establish the process to process and process to OQC interactions during the product development and NPI phase
• Responsible for collecting and interpreting complex data to optimize processes, increase yields and improve quality
• Develop predictive models for data trends and anomalies
• Responsible for developing new metrology and test methods
• Build up the core competency of the team to meet/exceed all department targets
• Work cross-functionally in a collaborative mode with multiple groups including Product Development, Process Development, NPI, Quality, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Summarize complex problems, develop actions to address them, and build consensus across teams to drive for solutions.
• Reporting progress and status to higher management and customers

Your Profile

• BSc/MSC/PhD Degree in Electronic Engineering / Material Science/ Physics/ Photonics / Optics and/or equivalent expierence
• More than 10 years experience in the field of process integration within the semiconductor or optical industry
• Process Integration know how in the field of semiconductor industry.
• Leadership experience
• Strong know how of semiconductor processes
• Good know how in the field of data analytics & data mining
• Excellent understanding of metrology methods in the field of optical or semiconductor industry.
• Deep know how in problem solving methods
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills.
