Your Contribution

  • Lean Roadmap: Collaborate with site management to develop and update the Lean roadmap, defining Lean measures aligned with site objectives.

  • Measures: Ensure the measurability of Lean activities and work with the Lean champion and site manager to address deviations from planned activities.

  • Trainings: Prepare and conduct Lean training programs, motivate employees in Lean manufacturing, and promote Lean principles through various methods and communication channels.

  • Lean Projects/Activities: Plan, implement, and oversee Lean projects and kaizen workshops. Facilitate communication and progress reporting related to Lean initiatives and maintain the site's Lean Monitoring Tool.

  • Exchange of Experiences: Foster collaboration and knowledge exchange with other Business Unit (BU) Lean Managers. Keep site management, Lean champions, and the BU informed about the status and progress of Lean management efforts on-site. Additionally, ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and relevant regulations, including IMSU/EHS, and contribute to the development of new concepts and directives in this regard.

Your Profile

  • Degree (studies) in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in Lean Transformation, especially in the field of production, logistic or maintenance, several years of experience in leadership, project management and manufacturing costs analysis, preferable as Head of Production or Supply Chain Manager. A distinctive identification with the Lean principle is required.
  • Expertise in process stability and optimization e.g. Six-Sigma, PSO.
  • Structured working style, assertiveness, moderation and presentation skills, distinctive social competence, open-minded towards changes
