Your Contribution

• Leading a project team to develop and transfer new optical components to high volume manufacturing according to a stage gate product development and NPI process.
• In charge of budget, timelines, resources and overall risk management
• Responsible for project controlling and reporting
• Close collaboration with customer and internal stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with multiple groups including NPD, NPI, R&D, Quality, SCM, Purchasing and Manufacturing to achieve all needed deliverables during the different project phases and to achieve final project KPIs (quality, cost, product performance)
• Summarize complex problems, develop actions to address them, and build consensus across teams to drive for solutions.
• Leading of task forces to overcome quickly critical issues during the product development phase

Your Profile

• A thorough knowledge of project management skills
• Experience leading large cross functional teams to develop new products
• Proficiency with planning and risk management
• excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills.
• Target driven personality with high execution focus
• Min 10 year experience in the field of project management within the semiconductor, electronics or optical industry
• BSc/MSC Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic Engineering / Photonics / Physics / Optics
