Your Contribution

• Lead the BU implementation and business development in critical market / applications including GTMS application in telecom, datacom, medical and industrial application. 

• Deep dive and establish good market / application knowledge and understanding, identify business opportunities, define the assigned market / project strategy and establish business model. 

• Implement business development plan and deliver the sales target or project milestones. 

• Manage key customers (direct & indirect), value chain stakeholders with cross functional support.

• Drive solution development with internal team and external partners.

• Deliver BD target or project milestone in assigned market segment or growth projects.

• Key account development & management including direct customers , value chain stakeholders and end users.

• Deep dive in target market and applications, identify unmet needs and competitive analysis, define value proposition hypothesis and validate, initiate business model.

• Lead prototyping development and validation with cross function team, drive customer inspired innovation.

• BD activity reporting and communication between local team and global team.

Your Profile

• Engineering related bachelor degree or above
• Strong technical and business background
• Fluent oral English.
• Working n MNC/Chinese private company and MBA is a plus
• >10 years working experience
• Commit to travel
• Excellent interpersonal &communication skill, team work spirit
• Key Account development & management
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of telecom, medical, industry markets, technology, GTMS product is a plus
• Entrepreneurial to innovative technology and new application, self-motivated
• Excellent learning capability & willingness, strategic thinking capability is a plus
• Growth oriented and result driven
