您的任务

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a comprehensive business strategy to expand operations and strengthen our presence in China.
• Sales & Market Development: Drive revenue growth by leading sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating major contracts in the fiber optics sector.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the establishment and continuous improvement of local operations, ensuring high productivity, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
• Innovation & R&D Alignment: Guide local development projects in line with corporate innovation roadmaps, fostering collaboration with Chinese partners to meet market-specific needs.
• Financial Management: Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve profitability targets and optimize resource allocation.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to local and international laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Team Development: Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team to foster growth and innovation.

您的简历

• Educational Background: Advanced degree in physical sciences or engineering, complemented by formal business training (MBA strongly preferred).
• Professional Experience: At least 10 years of senior-level experience in an Chinese business environment, with proven success in business development and project management.
• Leadership Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver sustainable growth in competitive markets.
• Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with global and local stakeholders.
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of strategic business development, operational management, and financial planning within a technology-driven industry.
