Sales Account Manager *

Your Tasks

  • Realize Sales target qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Build & maintain good relationship with customers, and keep proper reporting for customer visits/ activities/ contacts
  • Develop business per assigned territory: identifying, analyzing, and realizing sales and market opportunities
  • Manage new inquiries, quotations, contract negotiations, following the defined guideline and instruction from the supervisor
  • Provide input per request for Sales planning and controlling(i.e.: strategy, forecasting, monthly reporting)
  • Submit monthly sales report, covering sales update, customer/market/competitor development
  • Identify and pursue new product/business potential, support new product & innovation management process
  • Work closely with other departments such as Product Engineering, Logistics, Production, Quality, Finance to manage customer inquiries/orders/complaints/payments, and realize good satisfaction level
  • Assure on-time payments
  • Other tasks per assignment

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or engineering
  • At least 5 years working experience in Sales or BD of industrial products, with proven capability in realizing new business opportunities and building up long-term customer relationships under highly-competitive business environment
  • Working experience in manufacturing company is a Must
  • Fast learner of technical products and the target market
  • Good communication, presentation & negotiation skill, team player
  • Result and business driven, customer oriented
  • Able to work independently & efficiently
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Logic thinking, good analytical skill
  • Proactive, willing to learn
  • Good command of English
  • Willing to travel per need
