Your Contribution
- Production Technology Development: develop and optimize manufacturing technologies and processes to support product roadmaps and industrialization objectives.
- Equipment Specification, Qualification and Integration: support specification, selection, qualification, and commissioning of new manufacturing and metrology equipment.
- Automation and Manufacturing Excellence: develop automation concepts to improve productivity, quality, and cost competitiveness.
- Supplier Management and Technology Evaluation: participate in supplier scouting, technical assessments, and benchmarking activities.
- Project Management: lead assigned work packages within development and industrialization projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with Product Management, Operations, NPI, Quality, Purchasing, and Strategy teams.
Your Profile
- Master degree in Engineering
- 10 years of experience in production technology, process development, automation, or equipment engineering.
- Proven experience with industrial equipment qualification, production ramp-up, and process optimization.
- Experience working with international suppliers and cross-functional project teams.
