Your Contribution

• Manage a team of process and product development engineers and technicians with clear direction, goals and expectation setting in the field of high refractive index glass wafers and reflective waveguides
• Responsible of developing new manufacturing processes and technologies for high volume optical component manufacturing
• Evaluating new manufacturing processes in close collaboration with machine suppliers
• In charge for yield monitoring and yield improvement activities
• Achieving process capability and stability targets (cpK, UPH, yield) with 6sigma methods
• Formulate and deploy process and equipment roadmaps
• In charge of all product and process documentation
• Transfer of new developed processes and equipment to mass production site
• Support trouble shooting of engineering issues in our production sites

Your Profile

• More than 10 years experience in the field of process development or process engineering within the semiconductor or optical industry
• BSc/MSC/PhD Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic Engineering / Photonics / Physics / Optics
• Broad know how of manufacturing processes like polishing, grinding, lapping, thin gilm coating, dicing, stacking and CNC
• Proficiency with data analysis, DOE, 6sigma and statistical techniques
• Deep know how in problem solving methods
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills.
• Solution driven personality with high execution focus
