Your Contribution

• Leading a project team to develop and transfer new optical components to high volume manufacturing.
• In charge of budget, timelines, resources and overall risk management.
• Responsible for project controlling and reporting.
• Close collaboration with customer and internal stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple groups including NPD, NPI, R&D, Quality, SCM, Purchasing and Manufacturing to achieve all needed deliverables during the different project phases and to achieve final project KPIs (quality, cost, product performance).
• Summarize complex problems, develop actions to address them, and build consensus across teams to drive for solutions.
• Leading of task forces to overcome quickly critical issues during the product development phase.
• Reporting status of project to senior management (internal and customer).

Your Profile

• Min 15 year experience in the field of project management within the semiconductor, electronics or optical industry.
• BSc/MSC/Ph.D Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic Engineering / Photonics / Physics / Optics.
• A thorough knowledge of project management skills.
• Experience leading large cross functional teams to develop new products.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills.
• Target driven personality with high execution focus.
• Strong stakeholder management.
