Your Contribution

• Development Planning Specifies single tasks resulting from research assignments. 
• Research Develops solutions and new product opportunities concentrating on post processing, esp. powder processing, photolithography, laser processing, and surface modification of glass and glass ceramic materials with involvement and application of sound knowledge in the following subject areas: like consumer electronics, semiconductors and bio-medical. 
• Technology Market Monitors and understands deeply the technology trends and advancement in the technology field of advanced processing of glasses and glass ceramics. 
• Contacts Initiates and maintains contact with internal and external customers, academic research institutes, and universities in order to learn about the latest research findings relevant advanced processing developments of glasses and glass ceramics.

Your Profile

• PhD. (preferred) or Master (with 2 to 5 years working experience) in Material Science, Optics, Solid State Physics or Mechanics, overseas experience preferred 材料科学，光学，固态物理学或工程学博士（优先考虑）或硕士（至少两年以上工作经验），有海外工作经验者优先考虑
• Working experience on the processing or structuring of glass or other inorganic materials by utilizing photolithography or laser methods. Experience or knowledge on metallization is preferred. Deep understanding on the optics-materials interactions, and knowledge on glass materials, processing and applications. 在采用光刻或者激光对玻璃或者其它无机非金属材料方面进行加工有以往的工作经验。优先考虑同时具有材料金属化方面的经验或者知识。深入理解光和材料的相互作用，并且具备玻璃的基础知识，了解其加工和应用。
• Deep understanding on performance of materials and the related testing methods 对于材料的各种表征及相关测试方法有深刻了解
• Effective interpersonal communication and presentation skills 有效的人际交流和表述能力
• Problem solving capability in a dynamic environment 动态环境下的问题解决能力
• Self-motivated with good organization skills 积极主动，良好的组织能力
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with both written and oral communication skills 良好的中英文书面和口语表达能力
