Your Contribution

As a Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing plant. You will play a key role in ensuring process stability, efficiency, and quality across production operations.

• • Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering / Process Engineering team
  • Support production in troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues
  • Oversee process optimization and standardization across manufacturing operations
  • Coordinate new product introductions and engineering changes with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with quality and manufacturing standards
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement actions
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• +5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial operations
• Proven experience leading technical teams in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced English (daily use, spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Green Belt certification is a plus
• Experience with GD&T and interpretation of mechanical drawings
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar)
• Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of metallurgy or metal materials is an advantage
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
